Our technique this month was using texture paste or stencil butter. I made it easy on myself and chose a love text stencil, making this month’s card my love themed card.
I started out choosing hot pink card bases, rounding all four corners with my 3/8″ Crop-A-Dile Corner Chomper to soften the look of the card. I also cut a piece of white layer weight cardstock for the inside of the card and again rounded the corners.

Next, I cut white hearts out of layer weight white card stock, using the second largest heart from a stitched heart nesting set I have in my stash.

I used Ranger Texture Paste and tinted it with Distress Ink Picked Raspberry reinker to match my pink card base. I pulled the texture paste through Unity Stamp Company’s All that Love stencil (which unfortunately does not appear to be available now).

Once the textured hearts were dry, I adhered them to the front of my card base and the card was done. I left the inside blank for handwritten messages.

Well done, Holly! It is beautiful in person. Great artistic flare!
