I stamped out Unity Stamp Company’s Difficult Days stamp set in VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink on a piece of watercolor paper that I die cut with the large scallop rectangle from Unity’s Scallops & Rectangles nesting dies.
Next, I painted the image with Nicholson’s Peerless watercolors. Peerless has the perfect Pooh color – Golden Yellow and the perfect colors for Piglet – Geranium Pink and Garnet. I used Sky Blue for the sky and a combination of Grass Green and Chrome Green Deep for the grass area. I used Arbutus Pink for some of the flowers and left some white with just a touch of yellow in the centers to make daisies.
I stamped one of the sentiments from the kit and added the panel to a soft gray card base.
