Another simple sketch card this month. We started out with the sketch pictured below. I chose “modern” for my style and “masculine birthday” for my theme. Once again, I found this sketch on Pinterest.

I used Tim Holtz Stacked Tiles – Squares to get my square tiles. I cut them out of Tonic Mirror Card Stock in Imperial Blue, Chrome Silver, and Glossy Black. I also found a piece of red and white houdstooth cardstock in my stash and used that for the accent strip on the card.

Once I had all of my elements cut and ready, I started gluing them onto a white, top-folding card base.

I stamped sentiments in Versafine Clair Nocturn Ink. For the outside sentiment, I used Unity Stamp Company’s May 2022 Sentiment Kit “Extended Celebration”, and for the inside, I used Unity Stamp Company’s February 2018 Sentiment Kit “So Glad You Were Born.”
